"Support was actually helpful"
I had a little issue with my account and reached out to support, they got back to me the same day which was nice, it wasn’t like instant or anything but they were friendly and got it fixed so I can’t really complain.

"I put these on thinking they’d be okay..."
I put these on thinking they’d be okay for the day, but after a short while I was already noticing how tight they felt. At first I tried to ignore it, but it just kept getting more annoying the longer I wore them. I ended up wanting to take them off way sooner than expected, so they’re not something I’d reach for if I needed to wear them for a long time.

"Shipping took much longer than expected"
I was really expecting my order to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, but it felt like it took forever to get here. The wait was way longer than I anticipated, it was frustrating. Because of that, I don’t think I’d order again.

"Pretty comfy for my everyday wear"
I’ve been wearing these during my usual workdays and errands, and they’ve been really comfortable so far. They feel good even after having them on all day, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I’ve been using startwillow.com for a little while now, and the app connection has been smooth for the most part. I did have to reconnect it once, but after that it worked without any issues. It’s not totally perfect, but it’s been reliable enough that I’ll keep using it.

"Good coverage options, took me a minute"
I used startwillow.com to check insurance coverage, and overall it was straightforward. I mostly paid attention to the main stuff I cared about, like coverage options and pricing, and I liked being able to compare things without having to call someone right away.

Some of the smaller details were a little confusing at first, so I had to go back and reread a few parts. Not a big deal though — once I focused on the sections that mattered to me, it worked well and I’m happy I used it.

"Pretty decent overall, just a little slow"
I booked Startwillow to help with some cleaning and, you know, putting together a small table and shelf. The cleaning was fine overall, not spotless or anything, but good enough for what I needed.
The assembly did take longer than I expected, and one shelf ended up being just a tiny bit uneven. That said, the person was polite and easy to deal with, so yeah, overall it was okay. Not bad, just not exactly amazing either

"Parts are fine, but not super tough"
I ordered a replacement part from startwillow.com, and yeah, it fit just fine. No issue there. But after a few weeks of use, I’m already seeing some wear on it. It’s not awful or anything, I just figured it would hold up a little better for what I paid

"It worked fine for about the first..."
It worked fine for about the first week, but then it started randomly stopping halfway through or sometimes not starting at all. I kept having to unplug it and plug it back in a few times just to get it going. Support did respond, which I appreciated, but the problem still keeps coming back. Not saying it’s a scam, but it’s definitely not reliable enough for something I need to use regularly

"Portable, but I feel dumb for trusting the hype"
I’ll give it credit for being easy to carry around and not taking up much space. For quick stuff, it’s convenient enough, and I can toss it in my bag without really thinking about it. But actually using it on the go is more awkward than I expected, and the setup isn’t as smooth as they made it sound. i feel a little stupid for trusting them and thinking it would be totally effortless. It’s not terrible, just not as easy or polished as I hoped.

"Pump setup felt more annoying than it should’ve"
I signed up to get help setting up my pump, but it ended up being frustrating. A few of the steps weren’t explained clearly, so I kept having to go back and redo things or figure out what I missed. When I reached out, support did respond, but it was slow and I kind of felt like my questions weren’t being taken that seriously. It did work in the end, but the whole setup felt way more confusing and stressful than I expected

"Fit was honestly just right"
I wasn’t totally sure about the sizing when I ordered from startwillow.com, like you never really know until it shows up... but it actually fit really well. I just went with my usual size and didn’t have to deal with an exchange or anything, which was nice. It’s comfy, not too tight, and just kind of easy to wear. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.

"Took me way too long to figure it out"
I really wanted to like it right away, but the learning curve was steep. At first I kept thinking I was just missing something obvious, but this is where it got annoying — it took me way longer than expected to understand how everything worked. Once I got the hang of it, it was better, but getting there was frustrating.

"Not as discreet as promised"
The box showed up with the brand name right on it, and my neighbor ended up seeing it, which was really awkward. I reached out to support because they advertise discreet shipping, but it felt like they were blaming me for being upset instead of just owning the mistake. I wouldn’t order again if privacy matters to you.

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this, and there are some things about it that are decent. It’s easy enough to use and the design seems fine, but the suction just wasn’t strong enough for me. Even on the highest setting, it kept losing the seal and I barely got anything out. I tried adjusting it several times and hoped I was just using it wrong, but I kept having the same issue. For the price, it was frustrating...

"Battery’s been lasting kinda way longer than I expected"
I’ve been really happy with my order from startwillow.com. The battery life was the main thing I cared about, and it’s been kinda great so far. I use it during the day and don’t feel like I’m constantly looking for a charger, which is a nice surprise. I wasn’t expecting a ton, but it’s been really solid. I’d buy it again.

"Worth it for what I needed"
I decided to try startwillow.com mostly because the price made sense for me compared to the other options I was looking at. I wasn’t trying to pay extra for a bunch of stuff I probably wouldn’t use anyway, so this felt like a practical choice.

There were a couple little things I had to figure out on my own, but it didn’t bother me much. For what I paid, I feel like I got what I needed, and that’s really what matters to me. Overall, I’d say it’s a good deal.

"Container’s fine, but the bags bummed me out"
The container itself was totally fine at first and did what I needed, so I was feeling okay about it. But then the bag ripped way sooner than I expected, which was kind of annoying. It’s not the worst purchase ever, just left me a little disappointed because I thought it would hold up better.
